I was approached by Crayvit to consult with them on cleaning up and defining their social commerce gifting platform. The client had an existing database and backend configured and they needed me to help redesign the front end User Interface. Over the course of the engagement, I helped them define their offerings, set launch expectations, redefine their user’s experience and form their brand.
I started by charting out their current site map and followed up with simple wireframes in order to plan and define their user’s experience. Upon finding some holes in their current system, I was able to help streamline their user’s experience and interaction with the social platform.
The final stage was designing the User Interface and ultimately coding and developing their front end system, which then overlaid on top of their current database backend structure. The process was less than ideal, but the end result was something the client was very happy with. The current design saw a jump in users, interaction, retention and click through.
