Managed and art directed team of designers, leading all creative from concept to design to production of all branding, web, interaction, print, etc. Instrumental in both the design/client relationship as well as the business operations for the company. Established, managed and maintained the project management of creative process and throughput for design of the studio.

Associate Art Director – Monster Cable
April 2001 – January 2007

Lead art director for all packaging, from concept to design and production resulting in the production of hundreds of products yearly. Managed high level creative and teams of designers, project managers, photographers, copy writers, production artists, printers, illustrators, etc. to produce lines of packaging with hundreds of pieces with consistent brand and voice. Developed the brand and presentation style for the extensive family of Monster products. Wrote several detailed style guides detailing creative production formula for every family line of packaging.
