MyGlobalTalk had a soft phone app which they were supporting for a little while. The problem is that it wasn’t very user friendly, nor was it very visually appealing. In fact, there were many holes in the User Experience, as it was missing screens and logical interactions.
I had first engaged with them by using the old app, identifying the user flow and outlining the necessary steps needed in order to complete the app and enhance its usability. I then helped revamp and redesign the user interface and helped them launch a stronger, more successful app.
